With 360 video continuing to grow in popularity as a medium for storytelling, we set out to capture an authentic moment in time with the Bellacourts and their house servants.
By placing the camera in the middle of a large dining table, users are able to see all of the merriment (and insanity) that occurs at the fictional mealtime known as "dickfast."
The goal was to use this simple concept to introduce the show to a wider audience, and provide additional content for superfans.
This 360 video allowed us to showcase the lavish world of Another Period to Comedy Central fans who were previously unaware of the show. Existing fans were able to take control of the screen and explore unseen corners in the world of the Bellacourts.
The video garnered 1.7 M views, over 5,000 shares, and overwhelmingly positive comments.
