Canadian-born Sarah Britton farmed in the US, studied Holistic Nutrition in Toronto, and moved to Copenhagen, only to find she couldn’t practice with her overseas degree there. Not one to drag her feet, Sarah began whipping up wholesome #plantbased recipes and posting them to her blog, MyNewRoots.org. As she got better with the recipes (and her DSLR camera), she started posting to Instagram, where she has built up a following of over 300K people. Now the author of a cookbook and the creator of a new series, Super-Charged Snacks, streaming on the Cody app, Sarah has successfully taken @mynewroots global, inspiring healthy and seasonal eating no matter what country you find yourself in.
