Started by regular bot creator Nora Reed, Thinkpiece Bot spews out faux headlines for articles that seem like they could—and should—exist in the real world, despite their absurdity, like “Climate Change: The New Hipsters Trend?” and “Immature Young Voters Obsessed With Positivity.” Tired of reading misguided news items poorly trying to explain millennial culture, Nora created a formula to mimic (and mock) them, forcing the bot’s 25K+ followers to ironically recognize just how ridiculous op-ed pages across America have become.
