Azalea Wang sells trend-led women's shoes and bags. In January 2026 it had no TikTok Shop sales and no TikTok ads.
The goal: build TikTok Shop into a real sales channel and grow brand awareness, on a $5K monthly budget that covered our full done-for-you service: organic content, shop management, affiliates and ads.
The idea: fashion sells when you see it on a real person, in a real outfit. So instead of the brand talking about itself, hundreds of creators would show the product in their own lives.
We put affiliate creators at the center of the plan.
We opened free samples to TikTok Shop affiliates. The product drew 4,910 sample requests. We shipped to the creators whose style matched the brand.
Every creator got a short brief: show it on, show the outfit, show the price. No scripts to read.
The format that broke out was "pack my bag." In one 12-second video, a creator stands in front of a wall of heels and loads a laptop, a tumbler and a pair of heels into an oversized faux-fur tote, then cuts to a full-length outfit check with the bag on her shoulder. No voiceover, no hard sell. The first frame does the work: a wall of shoes and a bag far too big to be practical.
Paid followed proof. We only put GMV Max behind videos once they were converting organically, so ad spend went to content that had already sold.
Over 10 weeks, creators posted 2,090 shoppable videos and 721 of them made sales.
In 10 weeks, TikTok went from a channel Azalea Wang didn't use to a real revenue line.
