In 2023 our podcast strategy was to drive a mix of industry profiles to showcase the available career paths in the Salon Professional Industry. The industry has been working to elevate the craft and combat misinformation and misunderstanding of the industry of low-paying 'trade' work. We featured big names, and big voices from different industry spaces.
