Building off the success of Kalen Allen’s adventure to Melbourne last year, ELLEN partnered with Qantas and Visit Victoria for the second-year-in-a-row to further drive awareness for the Qantas experience and tourism for Melbourne.
Leveraging Kalen’s talent and signature personality, together we created an original music video highlighting the Dreamliner plane’s amenities from luxurious business class seating to the hospitality of the crew on the direct flight as well as building excitement around Melbourne tourism.
Shot on location at an airport hangar at LAX leveraging ELLEN’s Emmy-award winning team of writers and producers, together ELLEN + Qantas created an original video that took viewers on an entertaining journey. Add Kalen’s original smooth lyrics and dance routine, peppered in with footage from last year’s video shoot in Melbourne, Kalen’s Take Me There showcased the Qantas Dreamliner in a way that only ELLEN could do!
The goal of the campaign was to continue the momentum that was established with the first year ELLEN + Qantas + Kalen Allen adventure and re-engage ELLEN’s audience to drive awareness for Qantas flight from San Francisco to Melbourne, Australia. Plus, this created an organic opportunity to drive even more awareness and tourism to Melbourne, Australia.
