To ensure relevance, the production team conducted pre-interviews with all prospective guests, uncovering insights into their challenges and triumphs. These conversations informed episode themes, creating a deep resonance with our audience. The team also leveraged community feedback to spotlight issues SBOs care about most and invited experts to provide actionable advice tailored to these needs.
