We worked with USPS to identify and interview leaders from seven businesses employing the Ground Advantage solution. We created a series of articles and videos profiling each company and exploring how their partnership with the Postal Service enabled them to better reach customers, grow their business, or pursue another goal. Key challenges included identifying unique storytelling angles for each company, completing seven video and photography shoots across the country, and ensuring the full run of content was ready to launch on day one.
We believe our content succeeds because it captures the unique characteristics of each business and the lived experiences of their leaders—from an Ohio mountain biking startup run out of a family garage to a major intimates brand based in LA. Our goal was to offer readers and viewers an up-close view of the blend of challenges, opportunities, and ambitions each company faced. This context not only added nuance and dramatic depth but also allowed us to naturally highlight the role played by USPS and Ground Advantage.
From an ROI perspective, our program has delivered over 37,000 page views across content showcasing businesses and how USPS helps them thrive. This has resulted in high time spent engaging with the content, as well as clicks through to the businesses' websites and the USPS website.
