During this year one reiteration, the XFL built the foundation for the future of the league. From new XFL brand reveals to city announcements of team names, logo launches to 2023 training camp ultimately this all led up to the official kickoff of the new XFL in February 2023.
The XFL made it clear that opportunity was the 2023 season's Most Valuable Word. We utilized all our digital platforms to tell stories, highlight achievements, live stream, engage with fans, sell tickets, build fanbases and more. With over 1 BILLION impressions across our platforms this year, opportunity was our mutli-platform presence strategy, and the XFL content team understood the assigment.
In 2023, the XFL content team garnered national attention, generated revenue, and bridged a gap to connect directly with fans by providing unparalleled access across all platforms with behind the scene iPhone videos from sidelines or practices, meetings, hotels, 3-day live stream of the 'typically-private' pre-season combine, and more.
