Ignite Digital's objective was to create a video campaign that showcases the following features of Ignite Digital: experience, expertise, modernity, professionalism, and FUN.
We wanted this video to promote our brand for brand awareness & thought leadership within the Digital Marketing & SEO landscape. But, the industry promotion can be bland, boring & quite uninteresting. We took the features of Digital Marketing and gave them a fun, but understandable twist.
Our goal was to have viewers leave the video with a new understanding of exactly what Ignite Digital does & how we can help our target audiences grow their company revenue.
We attached a celebratory milestone to the video's release to help with excitement of the videos release. We had just been announced as a Top 3 Agency on Clutch.
We researched video production companies within the Greater Toronto Area & interviewed 3 different companies.
Once we visited & interviewed all options, we decided on a company 20 minutes from our headquarters.
For over 2 months we went through script & scene executions. We edited back & forth frame by frame to ensure our vision was correct.
After about 2 months of pre-planning, actor & actress hiring, prop collection & script approval, the video production company set up & filmed the video in 2 different locations across the Greater Toronto Area.
Post filming, we spent about 2 months finalizing editing & cropping the video into different segments. We created 15 second & 30 second clips of the long video for paid advertisement purposes.
We pushed the full video along with the cut videos onto a full advertising strategy including rollouts on Google Ads, Youtube, Linkedin Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) as well as implementation onto our website. We utilized tracking software to optimize which clips perform best with which audiences & duplicated this strategy to achieve lead generation.
This video resonated with viewers as it helped business owners with limited understanding of SEO understand the process & importance of investing into a company like Ignite Digital while being lighthearted & fun to watch.
- We managed to generate 7,400 views on Youtube for the full 1 minute video.
- Our website visitors quality increased. They stayed on the pages for longer with the video (avg.session duration increased) & their bounce rate significantly decreased. They stayed to watch.
- Our 15s & 30s clips were pushed on Meta Ads, Youtube Ads & Linkedin Ads The clips generated us a total of 76 leads on Meta Ads Manager. They also generated over 1,000 clicks over a 2 month period on Linkedin Ads. The post to promote the video generated over a dozen engagements without any paid promotion.
